B.O.D INCUBATORS are available in a variety of configurations providing alternatives between cabinet capacity, control capability. All models include both heating and refrigeration systems with door mounted micro – controller based temperature control and display and high quality cabinet construction. Refrigeration systems may be turned off when not required.
GENERAL FEATURES:
Applications include shelf life and life cycle testing. General Incubation or refrigerated storage, Temperature range adjustable from 5.0°C to 60°C with micro control based temperature display and on/off switch. Forced air circulation for maximum temperature uniformity. Temperature alarm system with adjustable high/low alarm limits, includes audible and visual warning on high limit deviation and visual warning on low limit.
CABINET CONSTRUCTION AND REFRIGERATION SYSTEM:
Ploy Urethane Foam insulated cabinet with corrosion resistant stainless steel interior white powder coated exterior finish Keyed do lock for improved security with magnetic door gasket, Open stainless steel utility basket made of stainless steel bars, Air-cooled, hermetically sealed compressor.
- Door mounted indicator cum Micro-controller, control the internal temperature variation within ±0.5°C
- Formed-in-place PUF insulation ensures temperature stability and reduced energy consumption.
- Stainless steel heavy-duty basket ensure even temperature distribution.
- Unique airflow system ensure even temperature distribution.
- Audio Visual alarm when the temperature deviated from the re set temperature.
