Heating Mantles are available in standard construction from 50ml to 200 liters.
These mantels are used for non hazordous safe areas. Mantels are designed to cover flasks at the equator and to heatthe flask uniformly. These can be used to heat liquids upto 300o C .
Heating elements are perfectly insulated by glass sleeving & ceramic beads.
Heating mantels are lagged with glass woolswith glass wool insulation with maximum thickness to achive high efficency. Temperature control unit is provided in a projecting unit with switches , pilot lamps etc.
We manufacture all the heating mantles keeping the Borosil Flask as the standard size flask.
