Brazing Transformers manufactured are Indoor types, double wound step down, oil immersed, mounted on an MS tank fitted with Conservator tank, Silica gel breather, inlet & outlet drain valve, thermometer pocket with 4" dial type thermometer, Lifting lugs, 2 earthing studs, Oil level indicator, output bars etc.
Counter weight arrangement with adequate fittings is provided in a simple way to bear the weight of the cables and tong.
Current range selector switch, analog ammeter, contactor for Foot switch operation etc. are fitted within the control unit fitted to the tank.
Padlock with duplicate keys for tap changing switch & Foot Switch for ‘Local’ as well as ‘Remote’ operation is also provided.
Input Voltage: 400 Volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, AC. Or 230V, single phase, 50Hz. AC.

Secondary Current: 4000 A Max. in steps like, 5 Volts – 4000 Amps.,10 Volts – 2000 Amps. by Series Parallel Link connection.
Secondary Voltage: 5 to 10 Volts, 50 C/S. All the voltage specified are no load voltages and no load voltage output will not be less than those mentioned above.
The transformer will conform to ISS: 2026 as far as temperature rise is concerned.
However, sets as required by customer are also manufactured.
