Objectives of this experiment:
Signal conditioner and input circuit unit accepts sine wave and shapes into a square wave of the same frequency, after its amplitude is properly adjusted to be about 5V. Invariably the input signal, whose frequency is to be measured, is a sine wave signal Its amplitude is amplified attenuated before it is fed to a Schmitt trigger, which converts sine waves into square waves of the same frequency. All the units are essential for complete working.
