This Test Kit is used for non-destructive means of assessing the quality of high voltage transformers, motors, cables etc., which are used in generation & distribution of electric power.
The basic system consists of-
- DISCHARGE MEASURING MODULE
Input : 230volts, 50Hz., single phase AC.
Measuring Range: 0 to 5,50,500,5000pC in different switchable ranges.
Discharge pulses can be detected and measurement can be done in analog scale
as well as in PC. - MATCHED MEASURING IMPEDANCE
In series with standard capacitor this forms a voltage divider and decouples the high frequency signals to feed the discharge measuring module. The set is electro statically shielded. - Standard Capacitor: 100pf or 1000 pf.
