Portable Clean Room Tent Class 100/10,000 Vertical Flow

Introduction
The portable clean room tents for very useful equipment are creating a clean room within an existing room, without distributing the existing room structure. Clean room tents can be designed to provided class 100 or class 10,000 level of cleanliness as per U.S. Fed Std. 209. These are very useful for providing clean air over sophisticated operation on big size machines, R & D work, post operative recovery etc.

Salient Features
These are basically vertical down air flow clean air equipments, similar to vertical laminar flow equipments, but can be made of big sizes to form a clean room. These equipments are provided with suitable stand, the sides walls of the stand are made of flexible PVC sheets & that is why these equipments are known as clean room with flexible walls. Optionally hard walls in lieu of flexible walls can be provided. The stand is provided with caster wheels for ease of movement. These can be designed & fabricated of any desired size to suit every requirement. The heart of these equipment are HEPA filter, which filter the air to an efficiency of 99.97% down to 0.3 micron particle size, which are duly DOP tested. We have modern & up-to-date production, quality control & test facilities for manufacturing & testing.
This units are suitably Illuminated.

Construction
These are modular type equipment. The body is constructed out of commercial board, having all external surfaces laminated & inner surfaces are epoxy painted or of CRCA M.S. Sheets or Aluminium, duly powder coated. The stand is made of M.S. Square/rectangular pipe & the walls clean room tent are flexible PV sheet of hard PVC sheet.
