Class 100 Universal Module

These modules are of universal modular design Clean Air Equipment & can be conveniently used in various modes, as detailed below, in various applications in Medical, Agriculture, Electronic Industry etc. Various versions of application

• As “Vertical or Horizontal Laminar Flow Clean Air Work Station Model” by using specially designed optional stand. • As “Over Head Suspended Model” for providing clean air over conveyor assembly in pharmaceutical industry etc., by hanging it on ceiling.
• As “Clean Room Tent Model” by using together a number of these modules of various sizes on an optional stand, to form clean room tent of required size. The walls for clean room tent can be of soft PVC walls or hard acrylic PVC sheets.
• As “A/C Terminal Model for Clean Room” by connecting these to centralized A/C duct below its air outlet diffusers/grills provided within the room. These can be hung to ceiling to avoid load on A/C duct. The quantity of these required to be used in a room can judiciously be chosen, as per the required class of cleanliness within the room. As these modules have their own air blower system, there in no extra load on A/C system due to pressure drop across HEPA Filters, fitted in these modules. These are available of 500cfm & 100cfm capacity.

Salient Features :– These are light weight & very compact in size, ergonomically designed and are easy to use and maintain. The noise & vibration level very low. The heart of equipment is HEPA filter which provided class 100 clean air per the U.S. fed standard 209 B requirement.
The equipment design has very aesthetic appeal & functional utility & efficiency. HEPA filter provide clean air to an efficiency of 99-97% down to 0.3 micron particle size. The velocity of output air is 90 ±20% ft./min. The motor blower assembly is specially designed using dynamically balanced blower. The motor used is of a reputed make & the power consumption is very low.

Optional Stand :– Stand is required when this module is used as horizontal or vertical clean air work station model or clean room tent. Stand is provided with illumination on work table & mica Table is provided on the stand as standard feature for work station model. All other optional accessories UV, Gas cock, Manometer etc. can be provided if required. The stand and work table is not provided for suspended model or for use as A/C terminal model for clean room.

Power Supply :– These on suitable for operation at 220 V, 1 Ph., 50 Hz AC supply.
