Clean & Cool Room Module (new) Introduction

Clean Room Clean & Cool Air Module are specially designed modular equipment, providing class 100 HEPA filtered air as per US fed std. 209 B, with built in air conditioning cooling system for clean room application. Air is sucked from the clean room and is circulated through AC cooling coil, which cools Air and it is then thrown back into the clean room through HEPA filter, which filters the air to efficiency of 99-99% down to 0.3 micron particle size. The output air meets the clean 100 requirement of US feed std 209. Suitable Thermostat fixed on clean room module, controls the room temperature & can be set to desired value.

Salient Feature 😕
These can be conveniently hung in the clean room & will cool and upgrade the cleanliness level of clean room with the passage of time. The AC cooling system is of split room air conditioner design & the condensing unit can be kept out side the clean room or at the roof top. The HEPA filter are easily replacable. The optimum capacity & quantity of these modules required for a given room can be judiciously selected to meet the required level of room cleanliness.

Capacity 😕 500 cfm, 1,000 cfm.

Note 😕 A unit of 1,000 Cfm/1.5 ton cooling capacity is suitable for meeting requirement of class 10,000 level of cleanliness in a clean room of size 1,000 cu.ft. approx. volume.
